Albert Cottages consists of two properties located in Albert College Park, Dublin 9 and St Patrick’s Lodge is located in St Patrick’s Park next to St Patrick’s Cathedral, Dublin City.
All properties comprise of two bedrooms, living area, kitchen and a small studio/work space.
Albert Cottages studios are available to rent for €650 per Calender month, for duration of twelve months. Refundable deposit of €650 is required.
St. Patrick’s Lodge is available for €700 per Calender month for one to three months. (Rent includes utilities, broadband, satellite TV and waste collection – fair usage policy applies). Refundable deposit of €300 is required.
The application process for St Patrick’s Lodge Residential Space is now closed for 2015-2016

Dublin City Council
Dublin City Councils Cultural strategy focuses on the need support artistic practice, encourage cultural inclusion, develop cultural infrastructure, support the cultural economy and ensure that culture plays a central role in urban regeneration and local identity. Priority will be given to proposal’s that seek to support these strategic goals, as well as to proposals for longer engagements of six to eighteen months in duration. Shorter periods (not less than one month) may be considered on application.
Each space comprises a newly refurbished two bedroom house, living area, kitchen and a small studio/work space. All three spaces are located in or adjacent to Dublin City Council Parklands
All three residential spaces are located in Dublin City Councils Parklands. St Patrick’s Lodge is located within St Patrick’s Park next to St Patrick’s Cathedral and within two minutes walk of Dublin City Councils Civic Offices at Wood Quay. Albert Cottages are located in Albert Park/ Hampstead Park, a 15 minute drive from the city centre.
